Mark as "Complete" or "Needs Work"

After you check off the assignment, just decide if it’s fully complete. Don’t need to do it again? Mark it Complete. Otherwise remind yourself to do it again and place it in your Needs Work folder for later.

Go in Any Order

Don’t stress out on the order or where you start. The checklist is not built to be an outdated progression. Your skills will enhance by simply doing each task until every item in the checklist is marked as “Complete.” It’s that simple.

Mark your Favorites for Desired Extra Reps

When you come across an assignment that just fits your game perfectly,
give it a “Star” and mark it as a “Favorite”. This way you can always come back to your favorites when you want to put in extra time on your game.

Spend up to 20 minutes on each assignment

The Checklist System is not built on reps. Time is much more important. View each assignment, aim for 20 minutes, and check it off your list.
