"SKILL DROP" BALL HANDLING PROGRAM
At I’m Possible Training, we’ve worked with some of the world’s best ball handlers. Through that process, we’ve developed a system that breaks ball handling mastery into six essential categories: Mechanics, Techniques, Coordination & Rhythm, Physical Traits, Brain Processing, and Game Simulation.
When a player possesses the mechanics of a great dribble, the techniques of a game handle, and develops those skills through proper game simulation while finding ways to increase their coordination, rhythm, physical traits, and brain function along the way, that player is guaranteed to find phenomal game-time results!
And yes, we will cover those six categories in this incredible six week ball handling course!

TWO DAYS PER WEEK SCHEDULE
Our Ball Handling Skill Drop program runs two days per week. Athletes can choose the day of the week they'd like to attend for the six week program or enroll for all twelve classes.
5th-8th Grade:
Sunday: 1:00-1:45pm
Wednesday: 7:00-7:45pm
9th-12th Grade:
Sunday: 2:00-2:45pm
Wednesday: 8:00-8:45pm
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
FLEXIBLE REGISTRATION
Each Skill Drop programs is 6 weeks in length. Players can either choose the day each week that fits their schedule OR enroll for the entire program.
6 WEEK CURRICULUM
Each of our 6 week programs are designed personally by world-renowned skill enhancement trainer, Micah Lancaster. Each week will focus on new topics that are guaranteed to enhance a player's skill in the specialization of ball handling.
"LOOPING" CLASS STRUCTURE
Micah Lancaster and I'm Possible Training don't teach in progressions, but rather in what we call loops. This means we go from advanced to foundational, to advanced to foundational in a pattern that allows all players to be challenged and grow without missing a beat. That means you can miss a class when you need to without disrupting the program.
