GET A FRESH DROP OF SKILL EACH CLASS
At the I'm Possible Basketball Skill Lab, you can make sure you designate time for pure SKILL enhancement with any of our Signature "Skill Drop" programs. You already get game situational reps with your coaches and teams, and you can get a bunch of shots up ANYWHERE, but with our 45 minute “Skill Drop” classes, designed personally by Micah Lancaster, you can come in and get a drop of skill each and every workout.
"SKILL DROP" FOOTWORK PROGRAM
With I’m Possible Training, basketball footwork is possibly what we are best known for around the world. Micah Lancaster developed the I’m Possible Footwork Training System after spending a year working with underfloor cameras while assessing the footwork patterns of the world’s greatest players. This system was then tested and proven with NBA All-Stars such as Victor Oladipo, Karl-Anthony Towns, and Brandon Ingram.
Through the use of the I’m Possible GripMat, our Basketball Footwork program will take players through 45 minute footwork sessions, giving them better control of their feet, their stance, and timing of the game, while enhancing their understanding of space.
Our Certified I’m Possible Trainers will guide you every step and technique along the way.
TWO DAYS PER WEEK SCHEDULE
Our Footwork Skill Drop program runs two days per week. Athletes can choose the day of the week they'd like to attend for the six week program or enroll for all twelve classes.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Each Skill Drop programs is 6 weeks in length. Players can either choose the day each week that fits their schedule OR enroll for the entire program.
6 WEEK CURRICULUM BY MICAH LANCASTER
Each of our 6 week programs are designed personally by world-renowned skill enhancement trainer, Micah Lancaster. Each week will focus on new topics that are guaranteed to enhance a player's skill in the specialization of basketball specific footwork.
"LOOPING" CLASS STRUCTURE
Micah Lancaster and I'm Possible Training don't teach in progressions, but rather in what we call loops. This means we go from advanced to foundational, to advanced to foundational in a pattern that allows all players to be challenged and grow without missing a beat. That means you can miss a class when you need to without disrupting the program.
