Skill Lab is a state-of-the-art I’m Possible Training facility offering year-round
basketball skill enhancement programs to players from elementary school to NBA All-Stars.
Since 2009, I’m Possible Training has changed the face of basketball with its innovative
skill enhancement training methodology, proprietary training tools and elite trainer
certification courses. Skill Lab memberships grant players access to a unique group
format training for multiple days per week with flexibility to progress at their own pace.
Each Skill Lab facility is staffed with the most qualified I’m Possible Certified trainers who are also available to provide I’m Possible’s coveted Personal Training Program.

The Med GripBall was designed by Micah to assist in your skill enhancement.
When you attend a Skill Lab, you’ll go through plenty of skill methods that incorporate the GripBall.
Made from textured rubber, the balls don’t bounce and are easy to grip, opening the door to unique skills training methods that have been used with professional NBA™ players.
The RipCone v2 was designed with an innovative screw top and hole, allowing for attachments and RipSticks to be placed within the cone.
The RipCone training set is utilized by Skill Lab’s to provide additional accountability and training variety for maximum results.
The Shooting Basketball is the first ever ball designed to provide rotational feedback to the player, while providing physical and visual grooves to help every player find and feel the correct hand placement for them.
This patented design helps shooters to know the exact rotation of their shots.
This will help with your consistency and your ability to shoot the ball more effortlessly.

To help you succeed and fulfill your true potential as a basketball player, you can continue your I’m Possible training all year-round, between your personal training sessions.
Your trainer will use the I’m Possible Checklist Training System to document your training journey. After each of your workouts, your trainer will check off the skills that you accomplished, allowing you to go back and review the skills on your own.
